The clients for this project dreamed of an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room where their own large immediate family and their extended family could happily hang out. To do so, the design partially removes an early 2000’s extension to make way for a larger and more sympathetic extension that opens to a covered deck and back garden. Generous service spaces were also a key component of the design, with a large functional butlers pantry moving through to laundry tucked beside the new kitchen. Additionally, bedrooms have been rearranged and bathrooms refreshed.

We are all thoroughly excited to see how this project comes to life on site in 2023.
